Refund Policy

Refunds / Returns (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund, return or exchange, you must first email us within 60 days of receiving your order at alveront@outlook.com. Upon receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Alveront is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Alveront will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a defective or damaged item, please email us at alveront@outlook.com with photo evidence so we can assist you.

Shipping

To return your product, contact us at alveront@outlook.com for details regarding this process. Please note — the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items. Priority shipping costs and tips are non-refundable.

60-Day Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within 60 days of receiving your order, contact us and we will work with you on a resolution. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
