Refunds / Returns (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, you must first email us within 60 days of receiving your order at alveront@outlook.com. Upon receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Alveront is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Alveront will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but we understand issues can happen. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at alveront@outlook.com so we can assist you.

Shipping
To return your product, contact us at alveront@outlook.com for details regarding the return process. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items. Priority shipping costs and tips are non-refundable.
